Please excuse me for getting behind (again!) but my baby seems to have gone from baby to busy toddler overnight! This girl is very busy but also still sweet and snugly (my favorite!).
She loves to be outside...pushing her stroller, riding her car, chasing Boone, collecting leaves...you name it, if shes outside she's happy. If I have kept her trapped inside too long she will start ramming her stroller into the front door saying, "outside!", "outside!". You think she's trying to tell me something??
She has this funny thing about sitting. She will sit in new places and look around so proud of herself. Sitting like a big girl!
Elizabeth learned about a horse this month. She calls them Nay Nay's. Every time we would see one in a book or on a movie she would get so excited. So I took her over to my friends house to see the real Nay, Nay's.
I think they were a little bigger than she expected.
She was a little more comfortable with this one...it was more her size :) She even gave this one a little pat, pat.
Silly goose! Bath time is Elizabeth and Daddy's special time. He gives her a bath every single night (I mean is that a good daddy or what??). And it is a wild party in there every single night. Music playing, singing, splashing, laughing. It's a great time for everybody!
Thanks for the step, Boone. This girl is so in love with her Boone. She say "hi, Boone!" every morning and "night, night, Boone" every night. With kisses then and a hundred times in between. And he is so good to her, probably because she feeds him. A lot.
The girls driving through the grocery store.
Doesn't she look so "Colorado" in her cute little vest?
She mimics everything Will and I do and say. A lot of me because she is watching me all day, everyday. Obviously, she watches me get ready and brushes her teeth with me (which is hysterical!), watching me fix my hair (she likes to put headbands on and brush her hair) and the root of this picture, doing my makeup! Apparently, this is what Mommy looks like when she curls her eyelashes. Ha!
Look how snugly! I will take the time to mention sleep. Ahh sleep. This girl has always been a good sleeper, not always great but at least good for the most part. And I am thankful for this every single day. 10 hours at night and 3 during the day. So. thankful. Oh nap time, how I love thee.
Miss her! She is getting so big! I love the picture of her curling her eyelashes. Priceless!!
ReplyDeleteMy kids are lucky to get a bath twice a week. Woah, nightly, that is amazing! She is SO cute!! I love seeing them learn!
