Julia 5 Months Old

I can hardly make those words come out of my mouth! Five months old?!

Man, do we love this girl! She is the BEST little thing! She is always smiling and happy!

And she totally tolerates everything her sister does to her! While I was cooking E decided that Julia was cold and pulled out every blanket from the closet to cover her. Ha!

Julia smiles and laughs. Reaches, holds and chews on her toys (or anything she can get her hands on!) and loves snuggling her silky blankie. She loves her big sister. She watches her every move and smiles all over when she talks, sings, plays with her.  She gobbles down bowls of baby oatmeal and is filling out some 9 MONTH jammies! 

We love, love, love you big girl!! ❤️

Preschool for Elizabeth

This picture pretty much sums up Elizabeth's feelings towards the first day of preschool. She was nervous, anxious, scared, excited. There were lots of tears (from both of us!) but she went. Not willingly. And after a very long, guilt filled four hours, I rushed back to get her...

She was all smiles and talked and talked and TALKED about her day! What a relief!!

Here is day 2! She loves it and is so excited to get up and ready on preschool days! 

Way to go brave girl!! We love you so!

I love that my girls can already play together! I didn't expect it to happen until Julia was older but they both interact with each other and it makes us all so happy!

She eats and sleeps incredibly well! They couldn't believe when I told them her longest sleep stretch was 10 hours!  And she gained 6lbs since she was born! Big healthy girl!

So pitiful! Shots are no fun! She literally jumped up off the table when they gave her the first shot. Poor baby!

4 Months

She laughs, smiles, wiggles and rolls over!  She can sit with support. She watches us and loves to be sung to. Still sleeping and eating good. She spits up A LOT! Yesterday Elizabeth asked, Mommy can we buy a new baby because this one spits? Ha! She does make us sticky and requires lots of laundry but I think we will keep her!

Still pitiful...but a big, healthy girl!
